Parents should know what happens before they subscribe.
The goal is simple cancellation language before anyone starts a paid dinner plan.
Cancellation
Families can cancel anytime from their account. Access continues until the end of the paid month or year.
Refunds
The default plan is no prorated refunds unless required by law or clearly promised at checkout.
Support
If a calendar or grocery list fails to arrive, families should be able to contact support quickly and receive a replacement.
